Our new Q series backflushing filter is the next generation of backflushing filtration. It has been manufactured from much stronger and more durable components to enhance its filtration capabilities. The unit is uniquely sealed to maintain pressure and avoid cross contamination of clean and dirty oil. In all other similar systems, the dirty oil is returned to the sump due to low pressure. The eQlyps comes fitted with a backflush pump which increases the flow and pressure to support the filtration process.
More slimline and compact than other options, the eQlyps system is perfect for small spaces or cramped environments due to it's small footprint. The choice of CentriClean SCU remote monitoring units ensures you will always know the eQlyps is running, optimized, and when it requires servicing. Meaning your whole oil filtration system will be continually assessed to ensure maximum contaminants are removed.
Combining backflushing filtration and centrifugal filters allows our customers to remove all dirt particles above 1 micron. With the support of the centrifuge, backflush filter, and backflush pump, each component will last longer and filter more effectively. Fully sealed
The Q series backflushing filter is uniquely sealed to avoid cross-contamination of clean and dirty oil.
The new Q series backflushing filter has a uniquely sealed distributor cover. As dirty oil enters through the oil inlet, it passes through the mesh as it enters the main filter chamber. An IOW Q series backflushing filter is the only one of its kind to contain large O-Rings that completely seal the distributor cover.
These O-Rings completely seal the distributor cover to avoid cross-contamination of the dirty oil with the already cleaned oil. Ensuring contaminants are permanently removed from the lubricating system and do not re-enter at any stage of the filtration process.
Plastic molded

The Q series backflushing filter contains filter elements made of molded plastic to form perfectly sealed filtering compartments.
The filter elements within the Q series backflushing filter are made of molded plastic to enable a complete seal within each filtering section. Dirty oil enters the stack of filter elements through a series of inlet slots and is forced through each element filtering compartment, and through the mesh to remove soot, contaminants, and dirt from the oil. Each filtering compartment is a completely sealed ring/cylinder.
Cross-contamination is avoided by using molded plastic for these filter elements so they can squeeze together to form perfect sealed filtering compartments for the oil to travel through.

eQlyps is fitted with our low-maintenance magnetically sealed Magnaline pump, which provides extra suction/pressure. This is required to link the Q series backflushing filter to our market-leading MP centrifuges

With our marketing-leading MP centrifuge attached to the Q series backflushing filter, dirt, soot, and contaminants larger than 1 micron will no longer be returned to the sump.

Control.
With a choice of external monitoring, you will always know the centrifuge is running, optimized, and when it requires servicing. This means your complete oil filtration system can be monitored and continually assessed for performance in one compact, simple system.
